We turn the “something broke” moment into a branded experience (from online or instore booking, logistics, trained tailor networks, marketing to AI-powered data gathering). MENDED is inherently circular and inclusive: it reduces textile waste/CO₂ and preserves jobs of existing local tailors by giving them financial stability to grow teams, national reach (instead of being dependent only on customers living around their shop) as well as training and access to new tech.

It already scales beyond Amsterdam across NL & DE with brands like ARMEDANGELS, Kuyichi, Tom Tailor or MUD Jeans, delivering 2.3x higher CLV. As a role model we prove repair and circularity isn’t only the right thing, but it can go viral and drive growth: 100 bookings in 10 minutes of brand launch, 200+ five-star reviews, highest store traffic during repair pop-ups, and a 21M social reach via brand partners.
