We are pleased to welcome Alexander Kohnstamm to the jury for the Fashion Pioneers Awards.

As the former Executive Director of the Fair Wear Foundation, Alexander led one of the world’s most influential organisations promoting human rights due diligence within the garment sector. Under his leadership, Fair Wear collaborated with over 130 member brands across 10 production countries, setting benchmarks for meaningful industry transformation.

Currently serving as a strategic advisor in sustainable business and development, Alexander continues to foster impactful public–private partnerships that advance structural human rights improvements.His extensive expertise will play a key role in evaluating applications for the Social Impact Award, presented by the Rabo Foundation.
